Pets For Adoption
Occasionally, we do have pets for adoption in our facility. Anyone
wishing to adopt an animal from our hospital must complete an
adoption application and meet a minimum of the following
requirements:

*Be able to present proof the he/she is over 18 years of
age

*Agree to have the adopted pet spayed/neutered by 6                 
months of age

*Agree to complete and maintain the required                              
vaccinations for the adopted pet

*Present proof that all other pets residing in the home                
are up-to-date on vaccinations and receiving regular                 
veterinary care

*Be willing to sign an adoption contract

All pets available for adoption have received their first set of
vaccinations.  The adoption fee is $40 for felines and $50 for
canines.
