The Team
Dr. Jennifer Winsor Coval
Dr. Jennifer Winsor Coval serves as an associate doctor at
Apalachee River Animal Hospital.  She is a 2001 graduate of
the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.  
She also attended Furman University in Greenville, South
Carolina where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
 Dr. Coval joined our staff in October 2003 as a full-time
associate.
Dr. Coval resides in Grayson, Georgia where she shares her
home with her husband Mark, her son, her cats; Ariel,
Addison, and Frankie; and her two dogs, Trinity and Poppy.
Rebecca Fleming serves as the Hospital Manager of
Apalachee River Animal Hospital.  She attended the
University of Georgia in Athens where she studied Public
Relations with specific area studies in interpersonal
communication.  She also received training in grief support.  
Rebecca began her career in human medicine before
joining our team in July of 2003.  Rebecca assists with
euthanasia services and pet bereavement support for our
clients.  

Rebecca resides in Dacula with her husband and two
children.  She also shares her home with two miniature
dachshunds, Romeo and Atlas, as well as five cats:  
Caesar, Sammy, Hamlet, Isis and Bailey, the former ARAH
clinic cat.

Dr. Randy Prezzano is originally from a small town in the rural
Hudson River valley region of New York.  In 1991, Dr. Randy
moved to Florida and attended the University of Florida where
he pursued his degree in Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Randy
received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the
University of Florida in May 2000.  Dr. Randy’s career as a
practicing veterinarian led him first to Ponte Vedra Beach,
Florida and then to Ocala, Florida where he remained in
practice for 10 years.  Four of those years were spent as a
partner in a large veterinary hospital.  Dr. Randy began his
career in veterinary medicine more than 23 years ago when he
became a kennel assistant in high school and now he has
been led to practice ownership here in Dacula.  

Dr. Randy and his wife, Dr. Destiny, have a beautiful daughter
and adorable twin boys.  Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr.
Randy’s interests include fishing, hiking, gardening, and
relaxing with his family.

Dr. Randy Prezzano
Dr. Destiny Prezzano
Dr. Destiny Prezzano graduated cum laude in 2005 with a Doctor
of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the University of Florida
College of Veterinary Medicine.  She began practicing as a
veterinarian along with her husband, Dr. Randy Prezzano, in a
large, progressive companion animal hospital in Ocala, Florida.  
Dr. Destiny has a strong passion for veterinary medicine that
began at age 16 when she served as a kennel assistant.   She
went on to serve in the  veterinary profession as a kennel
manager, receptionist, general technician and intensive care unit
technician prior to becoming a veterinarian.

Dr. Destiny’s time away from the hospital is spent with her three
children, a daughter and twin boys.  Dr. Destiny grew up in Erie,
Pennsylvania and enjoys many of the winter sports, especially
figure skating.  She also enjoys hiking, scrapbooking,
and cooking.
