Dr. Randy Prezzano is originally from a small town in the rural Hudson River valley region of New York. In 1991, Dr. Randy moved to Florida and attended The University of Florida where he pursued his degree in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Randy received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida in May 2000. Dr. Randy's career as a practicing veterinarian led him first to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and then to Ocala, Florida where he remained in practice for 10 years. Four of those years were spent as a partner in a large veterinary hospital. Dr. Randy began his career in veterinary medicine more than 23 years ago when he became a kennel assistant in high school and now he has been led to practice ownership here in Dacula.
Dr. Randy and his wife, Dr. Destiny, have a beautiful daughter and adorable twin boys. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Randy's interests include fishing, hiking, gardening, and relaxing with his family.

Dr. Bremer started working in the veterinary field as a kennel assistant in 2007, eventually becoming a veterinary assistant until starting vet school in 2010. Dr. Bremer loves the diversity of general practice, but has a special interest in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery & client education.
Outside of work she & her husband Ryan like spending time outdoors camping, hiking and kayaking. They share their home with their 2 dogs Logan and Little Squirrel, and Baby Cat, who is aptly named because he showed up at their home as a feral kitten and picked them to be his parents.

My husband Jacob and I have 9 animals! Five cats (Mac, Marley, Mila, Stevie, and Poe) two pitties (Gryffindor and Ravenclaw) and two sugar gliders (Dani and Ellie). All of them are spoiled rotten. I started working at ARAH in August of 2012, and even after all this time, I still enjoy coming into work every single day. I absolutely love what I do. Our doctors & staff genuinely care about each patient that walks in the door. Their passion definitely shows in their work, and with the lives they touch.
Veronica Pietras - Veterinary Assistant, Nutritional Consultant
I grew up in NJ, and moved to Georgia in 2011 from Florida with my husband & our dog Oakley. I briefly strayed from the field of veterinary medicine twice, but my heart always led me back to the profession I love. I have a special interest in feline medicine but also cannot resist the unconditional love of a dog. In my free time I like to go camping with my husband, 2 year old son Aiden, and of course Oakley. When I'm home I'm either baking or curled up with a good book.

Brandi Sager - Registered Veterinary Technician
Brandi joined our team in the spring of 2016.
Growing up I've always had a love for animals. I entered the veterinary field in 2008. I then decided to take my career to the next level & received my degree & became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2013. The following summer my husband Ryan, our cat Carl & I moved from Wisconsin to Georgia. I am beyond thrilled that ARAH & I found each other; I couldn't ask for a better hospital to work for or a better staff to be a part of. Most of my time is dedicated to my work & animals, but when I do have free time my husband Ryan & I enjoy grilling & entertaining friends. This is Carls favorite activity too because he LOVES attention & insists on sitting in anyone's lap that will pet or feed him!
Katie Bacon - Registered Veterinary Technician
Katie was born & raised in Gwinnett County. Her love for animals started with ladybugs & worked its way up to elephants & Humpback whales! She knew she always wanted a career working with animals, but wasn't sure what that would be. After high school Katie studied biology at Ga Gwinnett College. After working with primates for 2 years as a keeper, she knew what her calling was, and returned to school, receiving her RVT (registered veterinary technician) credentials from Athens Technical College. When she's not here working, she enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with her husband Cody, and their crazy cat Walnut!
Suzanne Campion- Veterinary Assistant
I grew up in Gwinnett County, but I briefly lived in Illinois for 6 years after high school. I have always had a love for animals and have been in the veterinary field for over 5 years. My fiancé and I have 3 dogs (Shadow, Piper, and Pennie) and a rabbit (Nox). I have a special interest in special needs animals because one of my own pets, Pennie, is paralyzed and has her own wheelchair. I joined the ARAH team in July 2018 and have never been happier. The doctors and staff are the best of the best!
Nate Elliscu - Veterinary Assistant
I was born and raised in Minnesota. The summer after high school is where I got started working with animals, at a doggy daycare facility. I then moved to Arizona and began working at an animal hospital where I started in their boarding facility and quickly moved up into the animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. I then moved to the specialty side of veterinary medicine, where I worked in the cardiology and internal medicine department of Arizona Vet Specialist, before moving to Georgia. When I landed in the peach state, I went on to pursue more specialty medicine working in ICU, radiology, and finally surgery, where I really found my calling. I was the lead surgery technician for eight years before coming on board with Apalachee River Animal Hospital. Outside of work you can find me on the Lacrosse field with my family teaching and coaching the creator's game. I am the current Director of the Thunderbird Lacrosse Club here in Gwinnett.

Jenny Hernandez - Technician Assistant
As a child, I always knew I wanted to work with animals. I started in the veterinary field in August of 2014 . In December of 2015, I started working here at ARAH as a Customer Service Representative but wanted to be able to interact with the animals more so I moved to the back as a Kennel Care Counselor. After some time working in the kennel, I developed a strong interest in learning the in's and out's of the medical side of things, so I transitioned to a Technician Assistant. I hope to further my career in becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician. I truly love what I do and enjoy working with such an amazing, exceptional, and compassionate team. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my fiancé, friends, family, & of course my beloved animals.
Megan Zanone - Technician Assistant
Megan grew up in Lilburn and was surrounded by family pets, which started her love for animals. They eventually moved to a farm and added horses and chickens to the mix. She started out as a biology major in college, and changed her major several times, graduating with a degree in Urban Ministry. But her calling always led her back to animals. She worked at a daycare/grooming facility in Chicago for several years during college, and returned to Georgia after graduation to begin her career in veterinary medicine at a veterinary practice. She joined the Apalachee River Animal Hospital team in February 2016. "I absolutely love working at Apalachee River Animal Hospital!" I have been at ARAH since June 2008, and in my experience, I have never worked for a more exceptional, compassionate, or thorough group of doctors and staff. I couldn’t ask for a better job, and I look forward to many more years serving the Dacula area.
Mickey Nuzzo - Customer Care Representative
After 30 plus years as a veterinary receptionist it still surprises me how much I love what I do. I started as a part time receptionist in 1985 at a large animal hospital in New Jersey. After 18 years we decided to move to Florida where I continued in this field for another 10 years. We moved to Georgia in 2014 to be near family and that is what brought me to ARAH. I am proud to be a part of this exceptional animal hospital. I look forward to many more years working at a job I love coming to everyday.
Karen Coriell - Customer Care Representative
My husband and I relocated to Georgia, from New Jersey, in 2008. I have had a love of all animals my whole life. When I was 8 years old my family adopted our first Newfoundland, Liz, who was my "lifesaver" and I have been in love with the breed ever since. I have owned many Newfies over the years, and are currently "owned" by 4 Newfie rescues; Norman, Salem, Ruth & Ethel. After 18 years working on the human medicine side, I came to the veterinary side in February of 2018 and I love my job! I enjoy helping others and providing support when their pets are in need. My co-workers, doctors and the entire team at Apalachee River Animal Hospital are the best, they truly care. In our spare time my husband and I enjoy antiquing, and I continue my Newfie Rescue work, especially at the Newfoundland National every year.
